The new single from dark pop trio, Witch of the East, takes us back down the gloomy path of grunge horror. The wonderfully bleak ‘Fool’s Paradise’ conjures feelings of fear and shame through eery guitar arpeggios and deep bass undertones laid over a sombre acoustic progression. Along with a contribution from Annasofie Moxon (ZERA TØNIN) of electro duo Arch Femmesis, this track is not to be missed.
“Embracing the shame, paranoia and sheer pain that are all part of the comedown experience, singer\guitarist, Aeris Houlihan has penned a post grunge singalong which tries to recount everything that happened from the woozy perspective of the morning after the night before.” – FMS Magazine
