“Bad Girls is one hell of an entrance for Midlands duo You Want Fox! It struts in, all glamorous punk and sleazy garage, instantly leaving handprints on the memory before strutting straight out again. There’s libidinous rhythms, buzz saw riffs that work like lead guitar but make the ribcage throb as only a bass can, and a glossy lipstick sneer of a chorus. Royal Blood have some company, and this time it’s arrived in high heels.”
Steve B, Kerrang!

I love the contrast between beautiful ethereal voices and that really grungy dirty bass line. The bass line for take me home is stunning
And then the vocals floating on the top. There’s something unnerving about it. It’s like a siren song, drawing you in…’

“Grungey sounds of You Want Fox – the ultimate girl-power band that make The Spice Girls look even sillier.” – NUSIC – Notts musicians Dreaming of that first Nottingham Number One
