With punk sounds, this band from Liverpool have been providing us with anthems and with their new addition of a killer drummer, they couldn’t be better. Their new release “Bang Bang Bang” had me so frustrated in the best way as I was humming it all after hearing it. It was stuck in my head but I wasn’t complaining one bit. The insanely catchy lyrics mixed with confident and moshable rhythms is the perfect concoction for an absolute banger – I can’t stop playing it. Another brilliant single to maintain their repeated releases of simply good music. Because who doesn’t love this generation? Just after supporting the incredible Crawlers at the sold out 02 academy Liverpool, they’re coming to Nottingham to perform for us. Why not party with them?

The San Francisco-based Synth Pop duo, Moxxy Jones, have just released their latest single ‘Another Yesterday’ – their first collaboration with American vocal powerhouse Isabelle. ‘Another Yesterday’ is Moxxy Jones’ fourth release under Starita Records, taken from their upcoming debut album ‘Unnoticed.’ Described as ‘diving into the nostalgia of what once was so good, and having hope for its return,’ it’s fitting that ‘Another Yesterday’ was inspired by the catchy melodies of 80s and 90s pop music. Isabelle’s beautifully strong mezzo-soprano vocals are paired with R&B/funk guitars, ambient synth progressions and a pulsing bass.
