The EP opens with ‘intro’, an escalating orchestral vortex blending electro-pop with dark fantasy influences and layers of ticking clocks that evoke Alice in Wonderland’s anxious rabbit.

The symbolism is precise: anxieties about time slipping away, the moment of falling down the rabbit hole into an inner world detached from reality. ‘Lucky Charm’ follows with playful pop melodies, trap-inspired rhythms and cinematic strings, capturing the euphoric rush of infatuation.

‘For Life’ unfolds like a perfect late-night drive, exploring the feeling of being suspended in a moment so beautiful you begin to question whether it could last forever. ‘anything’ confronts self-imposed limitations with the message of surrender and self-acceptance, while closing track ‘oh my love’, inspired by journal entries written during uncertainty, becomes a conversation between two versions of the same person: one overwhelmed by doubt, another offering reassurance from the future.

The Kountess, who earned semifinalist recognition in the International Songwriting Competition for earlier singles ‘The Light’ and ‘Independent’, draws from Ariana Grande, SZA, Tove Lo and Lady Gaga in constructing a sound that transforms vulnerability into immersive pop experience.
